As an Underwriting Management facility, we manage, underwrite and produce niche program specialty opportunities for our carrier/reinsurance partners. The management team at US Partners are experienced professionals whose careers have been dedicated to working with general agents partners to develop specialty program products.

​Fabian Burstyn

Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

​Fabian has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry in both underwriting and finance. He has had leadership roles in several multi-national companies profitably managing underwriting portfolios in excess of $400 million. Fabian oversees the underwriting and the overall strategy, and vision of the Company.

​​Education:  Fabian is a graduate of Wagner College.     

Mary Sbaschnig

Partner and Chief Operating Officer

Mary has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry.  She has had leadership roles in several multi-national companies with proven expertise in IT development, human resourses, actuarial, regulatory and compliance.  She was a founding member of an insurance company and currently runs a consulting organization that helps general agents with their MGA software.  Mary will oversees the overall operations of the Company

Education:  Mary obtained her MBA from Pace University and has a Masters Degree from C.W. Post.  ​
